1) What is the HEAR Method?
HEAR = Highlight, Explain, Apply, Respond—a simple 4-step way to slow down, listen to Scripture, and act on it.

2) How long does a typical HEAR entry take?
About 10–15 minutes. Many people do it with their morning coffee or during lunch.

3) I’m new to Bible study. Is this for me?
Yes. The layouts and prompts guide you line-by-line so you’re never guessing what to write.

4) What’s the difference between the Guide and the Journal?
The Guide teaches the method; the Journal gives you structured pages to practice daily. Pair them (our Bundle) to start and stick with the rhythm.

5) Will this work for a small group or class?
Absolutely. Many groups use HEAR together—each person completes a page, then shares their “Apply/Respond.”

6) Do you include a reading plan?
Yes—your download includes a simple starter plan and prompts. (Longer plans coming via email.)

7) Are the products physical or digital?
Both. Journals/Guides ship physically; select items include a digital companion or printable pages.

8) How fast is shipping?
US orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International timing varies.

9) What if I’m not satisfied?
